Applicants aged 26 and under – that is, born after January 1, 1997 – who did not receive financial aid for the 2023-24 academic year are required to provide a letter from their institution stating that they did not receive financial assistance. This letter must be on the institution’s letterhead and signed by a representative in the financial aid office.
