To qualify for ADEA AADSAS FAP, all applicants must be either U.S. Citizens, Permanent Residents (commonly known as green card holders) or in Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status.
Your total Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) and your family’s AGI, as indicated on your 2023 1040 tax return, must be at or below 300% of the 2023 U.S. Poverty Guidelines. You’ll need to provide financial documentation demonstrating your extreme financial need or that your income falls within this threshold.
All applicants aged 26 or younger, born on or after Jan. 1, 1997, are required to submit 2023 tax returns for themselves, their parents/guardians, and their spouse (if married). Applicants born before Jan. 1, 1997, are required to submit tax returns for self and spouse (if married).
Tax “transcripts” are not accepted and will result in a denial.
