Can I submit tax transcripts?

No. Tax transcripts (summary or highlight documents) are not accepted and will result in a denial of the FAP application. For applicable individuals (i.e., self, spouse, parent/guardian), the 1040 Tax Return Form and either a W2 or 1099 Form must be submitted.
